Restoration Storehouse Center is the place individuals and families can come to not only get their feet on the ground but to also work through the process of transitioning into a better life on their own. That process begins when we provide the essentials to help stabilize those in need. We provide food, financial support, and basic care to handle their immediate needs. We offer programs for summer kid’s lunches, clothing distribution, and medical and dental care. We give them motivation and education to build self-confidence and enrich their lives. And then we teach them how to be responsible so they can work and support themselves and their family.
Prevent Child Abuse Rockdale (PCAR) exists to prevent child abuse in Rockdale County through awareness, education, and collaboration and is committed to ensuring that all children grow up in safe, loving, nurturing environments free from all forms of abuse, neglect and violence.
The Rockdale Coalition for Children and Families (RCCF) works to facilitate and support collaborative initiatives that promote the healthy, drug-free well-being of children and families in the Rockdale community.
The mission of Mercy Heart Clinic is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual care for low-income, uninsured residents of Rockdale County. Mercy Heart is a nonprofit, charitable health clinic that provides basic, preventive medical and dental care. They offer preventative medical care, dental care, as well as health and wellness educations and diabetes classes.
Rockdale Emergency Relief (RER) provides emergency financial assistance, food and clothing to Rockdale County residents experiencing temporary financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. Circumstances may be a job layoff, medical emergency or long-term illness. RER assists by ensuring families have access to the resources they need to help them maintain stable housing and work towards regaining financial stability.
One Heart Ministries Inc. exists to serve people’s spiritual needs and physical needs. One Heart’s ministries transcend all barriers, all divisions, and all distinctions that separate, divide, or segregate people from each other and from God.
